Freezcake wasn’t created in a boardroom, it was born in a family bakery during one of the hardest moments of our lives. After COVID devastated our wholesale business and nearly took founder Jenifer Shwartz’s life, the future felt uncertain.
As a pastry chef, mom of six, and lifelong creator, giving up was never an option.What began as an attempt to save leftover cheesecakes turned into something unexpectedly magical. After freeze-drying the desserts, we discovered they still tasted rich, creamy, and nostalgic — but now with a light, crunchy texture unlike anything we had ever experienced.
That single moment sparked the beginning of Freezcake.Today, Freezcake transforms classic cheesecake into portable, snackable bites made for modern life. Every flavor is inspired by comfort, creativity, and the joy food brings people together.
