From heartbreak to Freezcake
Hi, I'm Jenifer Shwartz: pastry chef, mom of six, and founder of Freezcake.
After a life-altering health scare with COVID, I took a hard look at our bakery and decided to turn adversity into opportunity. We converted the bakery into a facility dedicated to one thing: freeze-dried cheesecake.
The result is real cheesecake, made from scratch, turned into crunchy bites that melt into creamy cheesecake. No plate, no fork, no fridge. Crunchy first. Creamy after.
Doing a little good
We use recycled plastic packaging and keep working toward being carbon neutral. And because we love sea life, a portion of every Turtle Cheesecake sale goes to ocean conservation.
